      Strive for world peace
      Be true to yourself
Be true to others, no matter race or religion
Don't put off what you can do today, you might not get another chance
Take care of mother Earth, you might not get another chance
Hold life dear, appreciate all that is around you
      Always strive for knowledge
      Have a lover
      Have some friends
      Have and love your family
      Live in the sun
      Live for the moment
      Live for the day
Be kind to nature, both land and sea
      Swim in the oceans
      Climb every mountain
      Watch a child grow
Take care and respect the old
Let your heart be free as the breeze, joyful and loving
      See a whale breach
      See an eagle fly

By growing in understanding you can make this world a safer, happier and cleaner place  to live, for yourself and others.  What you do today will make the difference for future generations.  Remember, this world can only be as good as we make it.
