Be Disciplinarians to
Ourselves
By: Virginia Segall, Age 69, 1997
I must be kind to my biology so my body
can be kind to me. We all need to be disciplinarians to ourselves
and those we take care of. Especially, our children. We can't
do always what we want to do in eating. Especially, to young growing
little ones who need to have a better, happier life during their growing
years. Whence they can become good individual intelligent people.
We show our good care and great love to ourselves just as God has shown
His Great Love and Care in His Holly Commandments to all of us by His Discipline.
May You All Walk in God's Shoes.
All my love,
Ginny
